Digital Adoption Manager Microsoft 365 Expert
EntreSmart, LLC – Omaha, NE • Hybrid • Full-time or Contract
Mission
Accelerate EntreSmart clients by turning Microsoft 365, Copilot, meeting-management tools, and HRIS-based engagement platforms into everyday performance engines. You’ll lead rolling 90-day adoption cycles for 6–10 clients—diagnosing workflows, coaching people, and proving measurable efficiency gains. Most importantly, you’ll serve as a teacher and guide—empowering teams and individuals to not just use the tools, but to embrace them with confidence and clarity.
Key Responsibilities
Program leadership – Design and deliver 90-day adoption programs; manage timelines, KPIs, budgets, and stakeholders for each client.
Executive communication – Present roadmaps, progress, and ROI to C-suite leaders at small-to-mid-size businesses (up to 500 employees); translate tech outcomes into business value.
Genuine enthusiasm for training—skilled at translating complex tools into clear, practical steps that build confidence in both group sessions and one-on-one coaching.
Microsoft 365 & Copilot enablement – Configure, automate, and evangelize Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, and Copilot scenarios that save time and spark innovation.
Meeting excellence – Deploy and optimize meeting-management solutions (e.g., Decisions AI or similar) to create agenda-driven, action-oriented meetings.
People & performance coaching – Integrate HRIS / engagement tools (e.g., TeamFlect) to streamline communication, 1-on-1s, recognition, and feedback loops.
Measurement & reporting – Build dashboards that track adoption, usage, and ROI; present insights that inform next-step priorities.
What You Bring
Expert-level Microsoft 365 knowledge with proven Copilot-adoption success (relevant certs a plus).
Project-management expertise—PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent real-world experience leading multi-client programs.
Boardroom-ready communication skills; comfortable translating tech topics for C-suite audiences in organizations up to 500 employees.
Hands-on experience with meeting-management platforms (Decisions AI or similar) and HRIS/people-enablement tools for OKRs, recognition, and feedback.
3+ years driving digital-change or tech-enablement projects across multiple clients.
Facilitation & coaching strengths plus discipline to juggle 6–10 concurrent programs.
Data-driven mindset, self-starter energy, and a passion for celebrating goal achievement.
