Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team. This role requires a skilled technician capable of handling various HVAC installations, leading a team, and ensuring top-quality workmanship. As a lead installer, you are an extension of Semper Fi Heating and Cooling, representing our company with professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Install package units (ground and roof), mini-splits, and horizontal/vertical split systems.

Perform ductwork installations and modifications, including cut-ins for return and supply vents.

Work in harsh/hot conditions for extended periods (8+ hours daily).

Piece work and bonus opportunities

Lift 50+ lbs regularly and maneuver equipment safely.

Use and maintain all necessary lead installer tools, including gauges, vacuum pumps, torches, and testing equipment.

Operate a company vehicle—must have a clean driving record.

Work well with team members, demonstrating strong communication skills with both coworkers and homeowners.

Uphold a strong work ethic, be responsible, and quickly learn new processes.

Maintain a professional appearance and attitude, understanding that you represent Semper Fi Heating and Cooling at all times.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-4 years of HVAC installation experience

Proficiency in installing all types of HVAC systems listed above.

Ability to troubleshoot installation challenges and provide solutions.

Must own all necessary lead tools for installations.

Strong customer service skills—ability to interact professionally with homeowners.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required for company vehicle use).

EPA Certification (preferred but not required).

Candidates must pass a drug test and a background check as a condition of employment.Company Description
