Responsibilities
Develop and manage a portfolio of client accounts to achieve sales targets
Conduct direct consultations with business owners, providing in-depth product knowledge and facilitating sales within the Amazon Business department
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
Analyze customer needs to deliver informed recommendations and implement strategic cross-selling techniques
Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships, building trust and representing clients with professionalism
Prepare and deliver presentations on product and services to potential clients
Track sales metrics and report on performance regularly
Utilize provided technology, including tablets, MyT, and Salesforce to effectively manage the sales process
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or technical sales
Strong account management skills with a focus on relationship building
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully
Demonstrated leadership abilities in a sales environment
Experience in business development with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities
Familiarity with market trends related to technology sales is a plus
A self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
