Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant
Our Organizational Change Management (OCM) team provides support for the skills, structures, tools, and reinforcement mechanisms needed to manage change and foster an environment conducive to sustaining that change. We are seeking a Senior OCM Consultant to focus on the people side of large transformational change – including changes to business processes, systems and technology, culture, and organization structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing OCM strategies that will drive faster adoption and higher utilization to accelerate benefit realization, return on investment (ROI), and the achievement of results and outcomes.
Job Duties:
Transformational Organizational Change Management:
Champions changes that enable transformation, using best practices in collaboration with executive leadership and Human Resources. Assesses change and develops comprehensive change strategies. Guides and executes OCM activities for highly complex transformational work, ensuring faster adoption, utilization, and long-term sustainability of change.
Drives robust stakeholder engagement across diverse organizational audiences, encompassing leadership alignment, learning/training initiatives, change communications, organizational readiness assessments, deployment strategies, and adoption measurement.
Utilizes change best practices in partnership with Human Resources to embed necessary skills, shift mindsets, and cultivate a culture of change agility. Proactively builds OCM capability and matures change management practices across the division.
Guides divisional change practitioners and leads OCM efforts to maximize change networks within the division in support of transformational initiatives.
Influences the adoption of best practice methodologies and fosters a culture of change agility. Builds OCM capability across the organization, embedding necessary skills, shifting mindsets, and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Leverages change agent networks and change practitioners to expand OCM impact.
Serves within a matrixed structure aligned with organizational OCM to integrate transformation impacts into the enterprise change portfolio using best standards and tools.
Strategic Change Leadership:
Establishes and leads strategic change practices for key projects in conjunction with senior leadership teams.
Creates and executes strategic communications roadmaps for assigned strategic initiatives with impacts across all areas of the organization.
Guides successful communication of organizational initiatives and projects to diverse stakeholder audiences, developing and overseeing the execution of comprehensive communications plans.
Plans, writes, edits, and creates compelling content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as intranet articles, newsletters, email updates, and visual aids. Crafts messages that clearly articulate the change vision, benefits, and impact to various audiences.
Requirements:
Must have 5+ years of proven OCM practitioner experience.
