Have you ever thought about being a school bus driver We are actively seeking a bus driver to add to our steadily growing team!
This is a flexible position that can be AM, PM, AM and PM, emergency / on-call, extra-curricular trips, and / or summer school. The morning route is approximately 6:30 AM – 8:15 AM and the afternoon route is approximately 3:00 PM – 4:45 PM. Extra-curricular vary from local to interstate, a few hours to a full day, early morning to late evening, and can be for school field trips or sporting events. The 25/26 school year begins in early September ‘25 and goes through the first week of June ‘26, with the possibility of a summer school route immediately after. This position can be filled immediately, or it can be filled in mid-late August '25.

Interested candidates MUST:
*Possess or have the ability to obtain a CDL license
*Have a clean driving record and be approved by our insurance company.
*Have the ability to pass an initial and yearly background check per the school district and our company’s policies.
*Pass an initial and periodic drug and alcohol tests as required per state and local laws and regulations.
*Have or be willing to obtain CPR certification.
*Possess or be able to acquire a MedCard.
*Be reliable, dependable, and punctual; and
*Be able to communicate effectively with students, parents, school staff, and co-workers.
A school bus driver career is perfect for the part-time homemaker, as a supplement to current income, or as a transition into retirement. Some career fields that work well in collaboration with a school bus driver include: factory and manufacturing; farming; truck drivers; construction workers and other summer workers; blue collar careers (mechanic, electrician, plumber, heating & cooling, welder, etc); cooks, chefs, baristas, waiters / waitresses; office employees; hospice staff; bankers; delivery and or route drivers; 2nd, 3rd, and weekend shift workers; business owners; coaches; veterans; and college students. We are also a collision, mechanical, and towing company that would be open to a cross-trained individual looking to collaborate two jobs in one location (as applicable).

We are a full-service automotive shop celebrating 41 years in business. We bought a second automotive location in November of 2022 and we also own a bus company (third generation). We own an average of 22 vehicles across the two fleets, have 10 shop bays between the two shops, and employ approximately 25 employees across the three companies.
