Business Applications Specialist – Microsoft 365 Enablement

Overview
We are seeking a Business Applications Specialist – Microsoft 365 to become a key part of our client success team. In this role, you’ll work with multiple small- to mid-sized businesses (typically under 500 employees) to help them fully leverage Microsoft 365, Copilot, and other collaboration and HR tools to drive measurable productivity, efficiency, and employee engagement.
You will lead structured 90-day enablement programs that combine training, coaching, automation support, and tool adoption measurement. You'll serve as a project leader, productivity coach, and trusted advisor—empowering teams to turn powerful business platforms into everyday performance systems.
Responsibilities
Lead 90-day Microsoft 365 enablement programs across 6–10 clients, managing timelines, KPIs, and stakeholder engagement.
Train employees across all levels—C-suite to frontline—on how to use Microsoft 365, Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, and the Power Platform for real-time productivity gains.
Analyze business workflows and user behavior to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities.
Use data to understand and communicate adoption trends, usage metrics, and time-savings ROI.
Configure and optimize use of meeting-management platforms (e.g., Decisions AI) and people platforms (e.g., TeamFlect) for goals, 1-on-1s, and recognition.
Facilitate one-on-one and group sessions that translate complex tools into practical, confidence-building solutions.
Present program updates, adoption metrics, and business value to client executives on a monthly or quarterly basis.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in business systems enablement, productivity coaching, or technology adoption (Microsoft 365 strongly preferred).
Strong command of Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Power Automate, Copilot).
Hands-on experience with business intelligence or workflow analysis using dashboards or reporting tools.
Experience leading multi-client programs or internal initiatives with measurable impact (project management certification a plus).
Exceptional communication and facilitation skills—comfortable training across all levels and functions.
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and prioritization skills.
Familiarity with HR enablement tools (e.g., TeamFlect, 15Five, Lattice) and/or meeting-management platforms (e.g., Decisions AI) is a plus.
