Seeking Part-Time Web Content Specialist

Develop, write, and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, system manuals, FAQs, and knowledge base articles

Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), developers, and project managers to gather information and translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content

Maintain website contents and support surveys

Schedule: 15-20 hrs / week
