**Assembler Line Worker**

**Job Duties**

+ Assemble various mechanical parts of shallow water anchors using hand and power tools.

+ Work within individual stand-up workstations.

+ Manually lift pallets or workstations for assembly.

+ Perform quality checks on products and parts.

+ Inspect and measure machined work pieces to ensure conformance to specifications.

+ Count and assemble kits for other components.

+ Wrap and box components.

+ Clean machined parts, such as drill tables and drill presses.

+ Tend to machines and equipment other than machine tools.

+ Utilize pneumatic drills, screwdrivers, staple gun and presses as well as hand tools like screwdrivers and hammers.

**Essential Skills**

+ Minimum 1 year of experience with assembly (mechanical or electrical).

+ Proficiency with hand and power tools.

+ Ability to follow instructions and understand basic blueprints.

+ Ability to stand for 8-10 hours per shift.

+ Understanding of safety protocols within manufacturing.

+ Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn and cross-train.

+ Capability to lift 30-50 lbs.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.

+ Strong attention to detail and quality standards.

**Work Environment and Shift**

Work in a climate-controlled facility with approximately 120 people across administrative, assembly, and warehouse departments.

Monday - Friday

7AM - 4PM

**Must be open to OT as needed which will be during weekday. Weekends not required.**

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
