**Job Title: Assembler**
**Job Description**
As an assembler, you will play a critical role in the production process, ensuring the smooth operation of receiving, testing, repairing, and packaging various units. You will need a strong attention to detail and the ability to stand for prolonged periods. Collaboration with others and a willingness to be cross-trained in different areas are essential for success in this role.
**Responsibilities**
+ Document all received parts in the Receiving area.
+ Perform a manual Factory Reset by pressing the designated button.
+ Conduct Automatic Tests by plugging in up to 32 units to determine repair needs, with cycle times ranging from 60 to 90 minutes.
+ Execute Wi-Fi Tests to ensure connectivity.
+ Carry out Elevated Tests to assess temperature resilience.
+ Perform Cosmetic Cleaning to maintain unit appearance.
+ Conduct Cosmetic Repairs to address any physical damages.
+ Ensure quality through In Process Quality Control (IPQC).
+ Assemble kits for packaging.
+ Build pallets for AT&T kits during the Pack Out phase.
+ Prepare shipments for dispatch.
+ Maintain detailed scanning records at each process step.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elgin, Illinois.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
