**Job Title: Mechanical Assembler**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated Mechanical Assembler to support our production line in assembling components for ambulances. The role involves using basic hand tools and power tools to ensure precise assembly of vehicles, as well as measuring components with a tape measure to meet custom specifications.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble ambulance components on the manufacturing line using hand tools and power tools.
+ Utilize a tape measure for accurate building of components.
+ Ensure all assembly work meets high standards of perfection due to the custom nature of the work.
**Essential Skills**
+ At least 1 year of experience assembling components on a manufacturing line.
+ At least 1 year of experience reading a tape measure.
+ At least 6 months of experience utilizing hand tools, including screwdrivers, wrenches, sockets, and pliers.
+ At least 6 months of experience using power tools such as power drills.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience reading blueprints or schematics.
+ Experience with electrical wiring within a vehicle.
+ Experience in electrical troubleshooting.

**Work Environment**
This position is located in a manufacturing environment that can be hot during the summer and cool in the winter. The team works under strict deadlines to deliver custom vehicles to clients, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grove City, Ohio.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
