Accounting Manager

Job Description

A growing Financial Services company in Santa Monica is adding an Accounting Manager to their tenured and established Accounting & Finance team. This role is targeted for quick growth and will have direct communication with the CEO & CFO and have the opportunity to partake in strategic meetings.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

At least 5 years accounting experience with 3 years in the financial services industry

Advanced Excel skills

Experience bringing process optimization

Experience managing a small team

Bachelors degree in related field, MBA highly preferred

CPA highly preferred

Job Duties:

Full G/L management

Work with CFO to complete financial statements

Account reconciliations

Manage month end

Assist with audits
