Machine Operator/ Production Worker: McHenry, Illinois

Our customer in McHenry, Illinois is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Machine Operator/ Production Workers to work full-time on 3rd shift. As a Machine Operator/Production Worker, you will be responsible for operating production machinery, ensuring the quality of finished products, performing routine equipment maintenance, troubleshooting any issues, following safety protocols, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities of the Machine Operator/ Production Worker:

Use hand tools effectively for various tasks.

Operate production machinery according to established guidelines.

Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.

Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.

Assist with assembly and packaging tasks as needed.

Machine Operator/ Production Worker Requirements and Qualifications:

Ability to understand and speak English for clear communication.

Strong attention to detail in all aspects of work.

Experience in assembly and/or manufacturing environments.

Previous experience as a machine operator.

Ability to follow safety protocols and work efficiently.

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and contribute to production goals.

Pay for Machine Operator/ Production Worker: Starting at $17/hour.
