Billing Analyst

Job Description

Manifest Solutions is currently seeking a Billing Analyst for an onsite position in Columbus, OH.

Verify accuracy of billing data and analyze individual accounts to make independent decisions regarding billing activities.

Serve as the primary contact for large account billing management through proactive communication with sales and customers.

Identify billing discrepancies and determine root causes of issues, taking necessary steps to resolve them.

Create manual invoices at a detailed customer level ensuring data integrity.

Communicate and maintain relationships with utilities to troubleshoot issues and verify data.Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management.

A minimum of 3 years of billing, finance, or relevant business experience.

Advanced Excel and/or Microsoft Access skills to support data analysis.

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.

Ability to prioritize, plan proactively, and manage conflicting priorities effectively.
