Branch Operations Leader – B2B Distribution

Are you a hands-on leader passionate about driving operational performance and sales growth? We seek a Branch Operations Leader to lead our branch, own the P&L, and develop a high-performing team. If you've got a track record in industrial distribution, building materials, or B2B sales and operations, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Own:

Lead all aspects of branch operations, from budgeting and financials to execution and performance.

Manage and grow the branch's customer base through relationship-driven sales and strong team oversight.

Streamline processes, improve service delivery, and ensure efficient, safe day-to-day operations.

Mentor and manage a team across sales and operations; foster a results-driven, collaborative culture.

Ensure exceptional service levels, quick issue resolution, and long-term client retention.

What You Bring:

5+ years of leadership experience in distribution, building materials, or industrial B2B environments

Strong background in sales and customer engagement

P&L, budgeting, and operations management experience

Hands-on leadership approach with a bias for action

Bachelor's degree preferred

Knowledge of insulation or related products is a plus
