We are hiring a Quality Control Specialist to join our team of Pros! As a Quality Control Specialist, your primary responsibility will be the oversight and management of all cleaning inspection tasks.

Daily Responsibilities:

Ensure that MaidPro quality standards have been met by performing in-home quality

checks.

Deliver timely and clear feedback.

Support the field cleaning staff when necessary by cleaning homes.

Provide in-office operational support to the office manager and owner as needed.

Assist with monitoring client reviews to help ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

Experience and Requirements:

A proven track record of providing exceptional cleaning services.

Ability to influence and coach trainees.

Experience providing friendly and professional customer service.

Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Problem-solving and planning skills.

Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.

Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Ability to drive to and from job sites. Car, current car insurance, and a Valid Drivers License are required.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Must be willing to submit to a Criminal Background Check

Compensation: $18-$23 per hour
