Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records using company systems.
Collaborate with team members and departments to improve service delivery.
Assist in the onboarding process of new customers and provide product training as needed.
Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
Proficient in using computers and basic software applications.
Demonstrated customer service experience, preferably in a similar role.
