Responsibilities
Outbound Calling: Reach out to potential clients to schedule appointments for our sales team.
Lead Management: Keep track of leads and follow up where necessary to ensure conversion.
Relationship Building: Establish a professional connection with prospective clients to ease the introduction to our services.
Data Entry: Accurately document client interactions and appointment details in our CRM system.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handovers and maximize the conversion rate of set appointments.
Continuous Improvement: Regularly collect feedback and report on client responses to further enhance outreach strategies.
Requirements
Minimum of 1-year experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the insurance sector.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent interpersonal and rapport-building abilities.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
Self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and an eagerness to learn.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work onsite in Reno, Nevada during regular business hours.
