Pay: $23.58 - $28.75/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM (Enjoy a 4-day workweek with 3-day weekends!)

What You'll Be Doing:

Set up, operate, and program CNC machines for production work

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately

Perform precise measurements using standard and advanced tools

Conduct routine machine maintenance to ensure optimal performance

Perform quality checks on finished parts to ensure accuracy

Handle work orders and maintain production flow efficiently

What You'll Need:

Technical degree in Machine Tool Technology or related field

2+ years of machining experience, including CNC operation

Solid understanding of precision measurement tools

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently

Positive attitude, strong attendance, and a passion for manufacturing
