Job Description
Salary Range: $85,000–$105,000
Reports To: Executive Leadership, Creative Production Team
Overview:
We're looking for a Mid-Level Producer with a strong background in Key Art production to join a fast-paced, creative agency serving top-tier entertainment clients. This role will be pivotal in managing projects from early development through final delivery, supporting campaigns for streaming, theatrical, and broadcast releases.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in creative production, an organized and proactive approach, and a deep understanding of the workflows that bring Key Art campaigns to life. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects run smoothly and meet the highest visual standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Key Art campaigns from concept through finish — including timelines, budgets, and production milestones
Act as the primary production liaison across departments: creative, retouching, finishing, account, and strategy
Coordinate production logistics including photoshoots, comps, mechanicals, approvals, and final asset delivery
Track multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring assets are delivered on time, on brand, and on spec
Collaborate with internal teams and freelancers or third-party vendors for creative execution
Flag risks early and offer practical solutions to keep production moving forward
Interface with clients as needed — managing notes, revisions, and routing approvals
Ensure all final deliverables are properly archived and shared across relevant platforms
Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in a creative production or project management role, preferably within entertainment marketing
Strong understanding of the Key Art process from sketch to final mechanicals
Experience working across print, digital OOH, and theatrical/streaming formats
Excellent organizational and time management skills — must thrive managing multiple priorities
Effective communicator — able to keep internal and external partners informed and aligned
Comfortable working in cross-functional creative teams and client-facing when needed
Familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, project management platforms (e.g., Asana), and digital proofing systems is a plus
A positive, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude and a calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure
