Bring your exceptional talents to the premier award winning team at Horn Barbecue--a Michelin Guide restaurant opening soon in Elk Grove. Immediate availability. Must have experienced working with an or all of the following: live fire cooking, wood cooking, working with proteins, smoking meats.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

Big energy, personable, with winning smile

Adept at handling knives, cutting, prep skills

ServeSafe or Food Handler Permit

Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes a plus

Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure

Excellent time management skills

Works well in a respectful, disciplined, high energy, positive team environment

Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 poundsBenefits Include:
