The Cardiology II department at Bryn Mawr Medical Specialists Association is in need of a full-time Call Center Representative/EKG Biller to join their growing team. This person will be responsible for patient scheduling, new patient information, and general patient inquiries. Our ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and attention to detail. This position also includes EKG Biller responsibilities such as preparing and submitting claims and ensuring proper billing and payment for services.
Duties:
Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Provide accurate information to patients
Handle patient complaints and resolve issues effectively and efficiently
Maintain a high level of patient satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up
Input patient information into the system accurately and efficiently
Follow call center scripts when handling different types of calls
Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals
Prepare and submit EKG related claims
Ensure proper billing and payment services
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to actively listen and understand customer needs
Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find appropriate solutions
Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems while speaking with customers on the phone
Attention to detail to accurately record customer information and update records as necessary
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Pay/Benefits:
