Job Description

To be successful as a Administrative Assistant, you will need to be able to work on tight deadlines, be competent in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel, and have exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. Microsoft Project experience is a plus! You will be supporting our AV Project Managers in organizing our ongoing service projects.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls routed to the AV Department

Gather and document customer concerns and issues

Work closely with the Service Manager to schedule onsite technicians

Process and coordinate RMA's & repairs with vendors or manufactures

Prepare estimates and communicate any incurred costs of service visits to customers

Efficiently communicates with customers on status of service tickets

Qualifications and Requirements:

Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Resourceful and has ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

Detailed oriented and willingness to ask questions to learn

Dependable and reliable with ability to follow directions

Experience using computers for a variety of tools and tasks

Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook

The base salary range for this position is $22/hour., excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
