We are actively seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team of talented people in Woodland, WA. In this role vital role, you'll be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees, while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Pay range for this position is $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 USD Annually.

How you will make a positive impact:

Process weekly and semi-monthly payroll for all employees, including salary and hourly based pay

Maintain compliance with benefits and retirement plan regulations

Maintain accurate payroll records, including timesheets, wage adjustments, and deductions.

Verify accuracy of timesheets and time off request data

Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner

Prepare and submit payroll tax filings, W-2s, and other required reports

Update employee information in payroll systems, including new hires, terminations, and changes in employment status

Ensure compliance with applicable wage and hour laws and regulations

Coordinate with Human Resources and Accounting departments regarding payroll changes and reporting

Manage and prepare payroll reporting for accounting, HR and executive teams as necessary

Assisting in administering employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance

Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans

The value you bring:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, human resources, or a related field

Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) preferred

Minimum 5 years of payroll processing experience, with at least 2 years in a global payroll environment preferred

Strong proficiency with payroll and benefits administration software

1 year of UKG Pro software experience highly desired

Experienced managing payroll for a large workforce (1200+ employees) across multiple countries preferred

Comprehensive understanding of US payroll regulations and tax laws

Exceptional mathematical and data entry skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with strong organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Capable of addressing payroll-related inquiries and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner

Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive information with discretion
