Appointment Generator

We are currently seeking a skilled Appointment Generator to help homeowners create the home of their dreams. You will lead homeowners through a detailed script, assessing their interest and getting them excited about their new bathroom remodel window, door, or roofing replacement project. Compensation is hourly pay with bonus.

Hours 11:30a-8pm Full time

Qualifications:

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

Telemarketing experience, preferably in Home remodeling, Collections, or similar environment

Experience in utilizing CRM systems

1 year experience a plus

Responsibilities:

Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales

Dependable -- more reliable than spontaneous

Excellent verbal communication skills

Punctual and responsive

Competent computer and internet navigation skills

Provide a positive client experience

Manage a large volume of outbound calls daily
