Job Title: Data Entry Specialist

Position Summary:

RCS Event Production is seeking a highly motivated Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our company's database. This includes inputting customer and event information, as well as updating and maintaining existing data. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be proficient in computer skills and have a passion for working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately enter customer and event information into our company database

- Manage and update existing data on a daily basis

- Verify data by comparing it to source documents and making necessary corrections

- Organize and maintain electronic and paper files

- Communicate with team members as needed to ensure data accuracy

- Identify and resolve any discrepancies in data

- Conduct regular data audits to ensure database integrity

- Adhere to company's data entry policies and procedures

- Provide support and assistance to other departments as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred

- Proven experience as a data entry specialist or similar role

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and data entry software

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Familiarity with event production or marketing is a plus
