Job Overview
We are looking for energetic, team-oriented individuals who enjoy working with children in a fun, English-immersive environment. You will be responsible for supporting students' growth through activity-based learning and helping build their communication skills, social awareness, and confidence.
Available Positions
1. (Afternoon-based program)
Working Hours: 11:00–20:00 (1-hour lunch break included)
Target Ages: 3–12 years old
Program Features: Activity-based English learning through games, crafts, music, and free play. No Japanese used in the classroom. Curriculum and materials are provided.
2. (Bilingual full-day kindergartens)
Working Hours: 08:00–17:00 (Lunch time included)
Target Ages: 2–6 years old
Program Features: Structured English and academic subject learning (math, science, literacy). Collaboration with Japanese teachers. Includes toilet training, report writing, and extended childcare hours when necessary.
3. Eikaiwa-style after-school English school
Working Hours: 13:00–21:00 (varies)
Target Ages: 3–14 years old
Program Features: Phonics-based curriculum focusing on reading, pronunciation, and conversational skills. Native teachers lead classes independently. Emphasis on clear English pronunciation/accent.
Salary & Benefits
Starting Salary: ¥250,000 – ¥270,000/month
Business Allowance: ¥12,500/month (for directly managed schools only)
Bonus: ¥100,000 upon successful contract renewal
Visa Sponsorship: Available and renewable
Transportation: Fully reimbursed (varies at franchise schools)
Social Insurance: Provided (health, pension, employment, workers’ compensation)
Housing Support: Assistance with finding housing, opening bank accounts, etc.
Holidays: 10 paid vacation days per year (after 6 months), national holidays off
Training: Fully paid, with accommodation and transportation reimbursement during training
Requirements
Native-level or business-level English proficiency
Team-oriented, adaptable, and energetic
Some experience with children is preferred (babysitting, tutoring, teaching, etc.)
Job Responsibilities
Create a fun and safe English learning environment
Engage students in various hands-on and physical activities
Assist in school events (sports days, Halloween, Christmas, open school, etc.)
Wear costumes (e.g., Halloween, summer festivals) as needed
Participate in lesson prep and planning (varies by program)
Complete student evaluations and reports
