Business Development Representative IT Sales (Big Data Solutions)
Greater Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid/Remote)
ARC Group is seeking a Business Development Representative to support growth initiatives for our client in the Big Data sector. This is a hybrid/remote role based in Greater Philadelphia, with occasional in-person meetings at the Warminster, PA office.
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven sales professional with a strong background in IT hardware and component sales, especially within enterprise-level organizations (>$1B annual revenue) and system integrators/white box builders (>$50M revenue). A successful candidate will bring deep knowledge of the IT ecosystem, including memory and storage solutions, and established relationships within the industry.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities across North America
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Promote and sell a full portfolio of IT products and solutions, with a focus on memory and storage components
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience
Meet and exceed sales goals, quotas, and KPIs
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the curve
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT hardware/component or solution sales at the enterprise level
Proven success working with value-added resellers (VARs), integrators, and distributors
Strong experience selling OEM IT components (preferred vendors include: Apacer, Crucial, Dell, HPE, Kingston, Kioxia, Micron, Samsung, SK Hynix)
Bachelors degree preferred (Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or related field)
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong understanding of B2B IT services and infrastructure solutions
