As a Resident Aide you will take part in our mission to provide services to meet the varying behavioral needs of individuals within our community. The Shady Retreat Supported Living Program is made up of six resident apartments and a staff office. Located in a Doylestown apartment complex, Shady Retreat is a voluntary program where residents, who are undergoing mental health challenges, partner together with staff to plan groups, outings, and work on their identified recovery goals.

Saturday 8am - 8:30 pm

What You'll Do:
Assist residents with mental health challenges
Monitor medication
Coordinate activities and programs to ensure that progress goals are achieved
Maintain site cleanliness
Provide transportation for residents and support for program activities throughout the community
What You Offer:
High School Diploma or GED
Valid Driver's License
Ability to view all residents with Unconditional Positive Regard
Resiliency and ability to be flexible
Computer proficiency
Experience with Electronic Health Records preferred
