BMO is currently sourcing for an Executive Assistant on a 3-month on-site contract in San Francisco.
This role supports senior leaders and teams with high-level administrative, operational, and financial coordination.

Role Overview:
The Executive Assistant will provide senior-level administrative, financial, and operational support to one or more managers and their teams. This includes calendar management, event coordination, expense tracking, reporting, and process improvements. The role supports seamless day-to-day operations while fostering collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead planning and coordination of department meetings and events
Provide executive-level calendar, travel, and correspondence management
Track budgets, expenses, and financial reporting
Prepare reports, dashboards, and executive presentations
Support onboarding/offboarding and office logistics
Coordinate training and track team schedules, vacation, and leave
Manage supplies, invoices, and vendor communications
Coach junior administrative staff and share best practices
Ensure compliance with internal controls and operational procedures
Must-Have Qualifications:
5-7 years in an administrative or executive support role
Post-secondary education or equivalent business experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven organizational and multitasking abilities
Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential matters
