Major coop in Wisconsin seeks a dairy consultant with an understanding of nutrition and farm management. A coach is available to mentor and further develop your skills and help you become an expert in nutrition, on-farm problem solving, and production management.
This role will utilizes target marketing and professional sales techniques including the company's sales interview road map, feed management programs, emphasis of appropriate features and benefits, and contact management system when calling on patrons and prospects.
This role can be located anywhere in southern, eastern, or northern Wisconsin.

THE JOB
Develop territory and competitive analysis to maintain a current knowledge of the marketplace and the competition
Provide value-added feed products, services, and recommendations to patrons and prospects
Develop and implement marketing plans and sales strategies that generate profitable sales in the assigned territory
To be considered for this opportunity you must:
Be feeding at least 2,500 cows
Live in the market (Southern, Eastern, or Northern Wisconsin)
Have an understanding of dairy nutrition
Have solid sales skills, be team-orientated, self-motivated and possess integrity
Have the ability to think strategically and build a market in your region
