Outpatient/Primary Care/Urgent Care

10-15 patients per day, Ages 2+

Must be comfortable working independently in case MA is out

Procedures: Suturing preferred, but not required; mostly acute care

REQUIRED:

WI state license; active, unrestricted

DEA

BLS

Board Certified

COVID Vaccine (religions or health exemptions allowed)

COMPENSATION:

Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)

Malpractice insurance provided
