This is an onsite position, with occasional travel required. We are looking for passionate individuals to join our team!

Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and manage Uline's comprehensive safety program across our network of 14 Distribution Centers in four states.

Work collaboratively with management to set safety goals and ensure compliance with legal standards and Uline's internal policies.

Build and lead a team of safety professionals focused on continuous improvement and clear communication.

Support the Corporate Safety Team through on-site visits and facility improvement audits.

Coordinate with Human Resources on managing worker's compensation claims efficiently.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), Safety Management, or a related field.

3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse safety program management.

Willingness to travel to various Uline locations across North America.

OSHA experience is preferred; knowledge of worker's compensation and EHS is a plus.
