We are looking for a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice full time in Goodyear, AZ. Our ideal Physician Assistant Nurse Practitioner is a team player, comfortable working within an integrated setting, collaborating with a knowledgeable and well-respected team of professionals, to offer a comprehensive approach to patients living with acute and chronic pain. Job duties include performing musculoskeletal and joint injections.

Duties:

Patient exam evaluation (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent med records imaging)

Order and review tests labs

Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation

Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment options, rehab exercises and various modalities

Manage patient care case management

Treatments- perform trigger point and joint injections

Documentation and progress notes

Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care

Requirements:

Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program

Physician Assistant Nurse Practitioner license in AZ

Orthopedic, Physical Med and Rehab, or Pain management background is a plus

Experience with joint injections a plus but we will provide training for the right candidate

Must have Current DEA #

Schedule:

Mon-Friday with office hours ending early on Friday

No nights, no weekends, and no on-call.

Compensation:

$140k-$150k per year (DOE)
