Role Overview

As the Senior Product Manager for Membership/Growth, you’ll own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Brigit member experience in our mobile app, reporting directly to the VP of Product. Your scope will include the Brigit home screen and global navigation, as well as subscription flows, account management, and billing features. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, marketing, and customer support, owning a roadmap that grows, engages, and retains our subscribed user base.

What you'll be doing:

Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for membership and subscription experiences across iOS and Android platforms

Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of features related to onboarding, product adoption, billing, retention, cross-sell, and upsell

Collaborate with UX designers and engineers to create intuitive, frictionless, and lovable experiences for subscribers

Partner with marketing and analytics teams to A/B test engagement and retention tactics

Use data, research, and experimentation to identify key drivers of engagement and retention and develop solutions to optimize them

Monitor and measure performance metrics, analyzing user behavior and feedback to continuously refine the product

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in subscription-based mobile apps

Who you are:

5+ years of product management experience

Proven experience with B2C mobile products, preferably with a strong focus on customer journey optimization

Strong understanding of subscription, retention, and user engagement metrics

Experience with experimentation (A/B testing), analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mode), and product KPIs (LTV, churn, retention, CAC)

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Comfort working in a fast-paced, data-informed, and customer-obsessed environment

Bonus: Experience working in a highly regulated industry (e.g., financial services, healthcare)

Compensation

The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $140,000-$195,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits for which an individual may be eligible (other benefits listed below). The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
