Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive leadership position, leading and supervising all aspects of nursing and residential operations.Develop and implement strategic goals for care delivery, staffing, and service excellence.Oversee policy development, care standards, and interdisciplinary team coordination.Drive performance improvement and quality assurance initiatives.Foster a positive, collaborative culture with a focus on staff engagement and resident satisfaction.Ensure regulatory compliance, ethical practice, and continuous education.Build and maintain relationships with physicians, vendors, and community stakeholders.
What We’re Looking ForRN license requiredNHA license requiredExperience in long-term care, skilled nursing, and assisted living services.Demonstrated success in team development, survey readiness, and program planning.Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and experience navigating audits.Exceptional interpersonal, strategic, and operational management skills.
