Outpatient Operating Room Charge RN - Orthopedics Location: Atlanta, GA Schedule: 4 days/week, 10-hour shifts About the Role: We are seeking an Outpatient Operating Room Charge RN to help lead our surgical team, specializing in orthopedic procedures such as: Total joint replacementsSports medicine surgeriesSpine proceduresHand and upper extremity surgeries.

Charge Duties include: Manage OR operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to best practices.Oversee staffing, scheduling, and workflow coordination.Conduct performance evaluations, hiring, and corrective actions as needed.Support patient safety, infection control, and quality improvement initiatives.Interviewing and playing a role with hiringDisciplinary actions to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications: RN license in GA, BSN highly preferred3+ years OR nursing experience, with 1–2 years in leadership.Strong knowledge of orthopedic surgery workflows and patient safety protocols.
