We are a growing business serving the multifamily and hospitality industry, providing high-volume plumbing fixtures. With a strong focus on sales and customer relationships, we’re seeking a dependable and proactive Sales Assistant to support inbound sales operations and assist in administrative functions.

Position Overview:

As the Sales Assistant, you will be the right hand to the business owner—managing inbound customer inquiries, monitoring and organizing emails related to bulk orders, and ensuring timely, professional responses. You will work closely with our Sales Administrator and fill in during their absence to keep customer service and logistics running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage daily sales and bulk order emails.

Respond to inbound inquiries with professionalism and clarity.

Coordinate with customers on product availability, pricing, and order timelines.

Provide support in processing orders and handling customer accounts using QuickBooks

Fill in for the Sales Administrator as needed (booking LTL shipments, greeting walk-in clients, preparing order documentation).

Maintain and update customer interactions and sales pipelines using HubSpot CRM.

Communicate with the operations team to ensure accurate fulfillment and timely shipping.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order details.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles (experience in B2B or the interior finish/multifamily industry is a plus).

Proficiency in QuickBooks and HubSpot is PREFERRED.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Comfortable managing multiple email threads and tasks simultaneously.

Reliable, responsive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Traits:

Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.

Familiarity with LTL shipping logistics.
