Citation CJ3 Pilot

We’re looking for an experienced Citation CJ3 Pilot to join our corporate flight team. As a leader in the premium mulch and lawn care industry, we operate a brand-new CJ3 under Part 91, flying dynamic missions across the Midwest and Florida. What You’ll Do:

Operate CJ3 flights under Part 91 with full mission planning responsibility.

Perform all phases of flight safely and efficiently.

Deliver exceptional experiences for executive passengers.

Coordinate with FBOs, handle ground logistics, and ensure compliance.

Maintain clear, professional communication with internal and external teams.

Participate in CRM, safety briefings, and recurrent training.

What You’ll Need:

CE-525S type rating preferred (or complete our sponsored 3-week CJ3 course).

1,200+ total flight hours 500+ MEL 75+ IFR 100+ night.

FAA commercial pilot certificate with instrument rating.

Current Class 2 or higher medical certificate.

Clean FAA record.

Professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.

Willingness to relocate to Columbus, OH.

What We Offer:

Compensation: 1099 contract starting at $160,000/year.

Training: Paid CJ3 type rating ($42K value) + recurrent training.
