InsurePlus is seeking a meticulous and dependable Data Entry Clerk to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing large volumes of customer and policy data, helping ensure smooth and efficient processing of insurance-related transactions. This role is critical in maintaining data integrity, supporting our commitment to excellence in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter customer, policy, and claims information into company systems
Maintain up-to-date and error-free records in compliance with company standards
Review data for deficiencies or errors and correct any inconsistencies
Prepare and sort source documents for data entry
Respond to internal data requests and retrieve information as needed
Work closely with underwriting, claims, and customer service teams to verify data
Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of all sensitive information
Assist with other administrative tasks and document processing as required
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
1+ years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or clerical roles
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong typing skills (45+ WPM) and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with data entry software or insurance systems a plus
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
Strong communication and time management skills
