SEO/SEM & Google Ads Specialist

Compensation: $24-$28/hourly
Position Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven SEO/SEM & Google Ads Specialist to join our marketing team. This role will focus on driving targeted traffic, improving search rankings, and maximizing ROI through strategic use of paid and organic search campaigns. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and experienced in managing digital campaigns that convert.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and manage SEO and SEM strategies to increase online visibility and lead generation
Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube)
Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to guide content and bidding strategies
Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and make data-driven recommendations
Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to implement SEO best practices
Perform regular website audits and recommend on-page and technical SEO improvements
Stay updated on the latest trends and algorithm updates across Google and other search platforms
Manage ad budgets, A/B testing, and conversion tracking to ensure optimal performance
Track and analyze website analytics, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in SEO/SEM and managing Google Ads campaigns
Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console
Strong knowledge of keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.)
Experience with on-page and technical SEO strategies
Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
Google Ads Certification is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required):
Experience with Bing Ads, social media advertising, or remarketing campaigns
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify)
Familiarity with CRO and landing page optimization
