What You’ll Do:

Lead the end-to-end development of Android mobile applications.

Design, build, release, and maintain scalable, high-performance apps.

Partner with UX/UI, cloud, QA, and hardware teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

Perform code reviews and enforce modern Android development standards.

Stay ahead of trends and push innovation in mobile solutions.

Optimize app performance for speed, stability, and responsiveness.

Influence the architectural direction of our mobile platforms.

What You Bring:

Must-Haves:

Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.

5+ years in Android app development with proven product releases.

Expertise in Kotlin and/or Java.

Strong grasp of Android app architecture and UI/UX principles.

Experience with Git, CI/CD workflows, and Agile teams.

Leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.

Ability to define standards across globally distributed teams.

Bonus Points For:

Familiarity with cross-platform tools (Flutter, React Native).

Backend/API integration experience.

Knowledge of Jetpack Compose.
