Desired Skillset:

Experience leading teams - Ability to lead on the project side. Not people management, more of a project lead that’s also hands-on technical.

Experience with C#, .NET, and .NET Core.

Strong Experience with Azure Cloud.

Modernization or migration experience.

Need to know basics of databases, optimization of databases, etc. (SQL)
