DX’s in-house trading desk is looking for an Ad Ops & Programmatic Activation Analyst. In this hybrid role, you will support the Disneyland Resorts programmatic practice at large—from trafficking to campaign planning, activation and management.
You Will:
Provide technical ad support for display, streaming (video + CTV), audio, and DOOH campaigns
Traffic creative in ad servers (Google Campaign Manager, Flashtalking) and Demand Side Platforms (Google DV30, Verizon, Amazon, The Trade Desk)
Perform quality assurance and troubleshoot campaign or creative issues (ie. Display and Streaming content, 3P tags)
Maintain ad tagging structure for proper targeting and tracking across all platform
Generate HTML test tags to troubleshoot and check functionality
Prepare tactical plans and budget recommendations for assigned campaigns
Manage programmatic buys to support branding and direct response across DSPs
Activate and optimize dedicated campaigns and manage relationships with platform support teams and stakeholders
Design tests to evaluate DSP platforms and varying campaign strategies
Prepare insights for partner-facing campaign performance reports
Participate in cross-team projects and support new procedures
You Have:
3+ years of hands-on-keyboard Ad Operations and/or Programmatic Trading experience
Online trafficking experience and working knowledge of the Programmatic and real-time bidding space
Experience with Brand Safety Partners (e.g. DoubleVerify, IAS, MOAT)
Understanding of campaign management tools such as Prisma
Exceptional troubleshooting, time management, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Understanding of programmatic ecosystem including supply-side platforms / ad exchanges, data management platforms, brand safety partners, data partners, and publishers
Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Any Marketing, Programming, or Computer Science degree or background is a plus.

#DXMarketingThe hiring range for this position in Glendale, CA, is $76,900.00-$105,700.00 per year. The base pay offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
