Tailored Management is seeking a driven and strategic National Account Executive to lead new business development for our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Employer of Record (EOR), and Direct Sourcing services. This role is ideal for a proactive sales leader who thrives on building meaningful relationships, closing complex deals, and shaping long-term sales strategies in partnership with executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow RPO, EOR, and Direct Sourcing services.

Proactively identify and engage prospective clients through targeted outreach, referrals, and digital sales tools.

Deliver compelling presentations tailored to client needs, articulating the value of customized workforce solutions.

Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR and Procurement leaders at Fortune companies.

Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, contributing to long-term go-to-market planning and sales forecasting.

Drive the RFP process and collaborate with internal teams to submit winning proposals.

Accurately track sales activity, pipeline, and performance metrics in the CRM.

Support client transition and implementation efforts alongside internal service teams.

Maintain high ethical standards, representing the brand with professionalism and credibility.

Skills and Qualifications:

3+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in professional or workforce services.

Experience with RPO, EOR, Direct Sourcing, or contingent labor markets strongly preferred.

Experience managing long and complex sales cycles (6–18 months).

Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to influence senior-level decision-makers.

Confident public speaker with the ability to deliver polished, persuasive presentations.

Proficiency in CRM systems and sales enablement tools.

A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
