Speech Language Pathologist

We are hiring multiple shifts for full-time and part-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), offering 12-hour shifts: AM (6:00am-6:30pm), PM/NOC (6:00pm-6:30am), and AM EOW shifts.

The LPN provides high-quality routine care under supervision, participates in developing and modifying the Tenant’s Plan of Care, and reports health data and changes.

Responsibilities include delegating tasks, monitoring unlicensed staff, and supporting tenants' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.

Qualifications include completion of an approved nursing program, current Minnesota LPN license, and CPR certification.
