Emergency Medicine - Advanced Practice Provider

Seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to provide direct rehab care in a supportive long-term and post-acute care setting.

Offering $50-$55/hr DOE, with mentorship, continuing education, and growth opportunities.

Requires NBCOT certification, state licensure, and preferably 1+ year experience in post-acute care.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing treatment plans, supervising staff, maintaining documentation, and delivering excellent patient care.

Must demonstrate professionalism, good judgment, teamwork, and adherence to policies and regulations.

Engagement in community projects and proficiency in therapy software are also valued.
