Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support our growing team. The Assistant Project Manager is a full-time position based at our Fort Worth headquarters and focuses on pre- and post-construction coordination for the installation department. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in commercial contracting or the construction industry and be responsible for facilitating contract mediation and project coordination, developing and managing project and labor schedules, overseeing project financials and KPI reporting, acting as a liaison between sales, design, AHJ, and A&E teams for submittals and approvals, coordinating procurement of project materials. Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial contracting or the construction industry
Background in project management, construction coordination, or related fields
Experience with contract mediation and facilitation
Knowledge of project and labor scheduling
Familiarity with financial reporting and KPI tracking
Ability to coordinate project materials procurement and subcontractors
Experience working with AHJ (Authority Having Jurisdiction) and A&E teams for submittals, shop drawing approvals, and permits
Proficiency in Bluebeam Studio
Strong understanding of change order processing and project close-out documentation
Ability to read and interpret business contracts and project documents
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
