Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)

The 3-North Unit RN is responsible for assessing patient and family health needs, leading the nursing care planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Provides technical nursing interventions to Medical/Surgical patients aged 18 and above, tailored to their developmental stage.

Supports the hospital’s mission, adheres to core values, and participates in strategic and performance improvement goals.

Requires one year of recent nursing experience preferred, current Louisiana RN license, BLS, and ACLS certification.

Full-time position with a 12-week contract; work schedule to be determined.
