Location: Winchester, KY or Orlando, FL

Salary: $100,560 $113,130 + 7.5% Annual Bonus

We're seeking a Process Engineer with a strong background in plastics and injection molding to drive continuous improvement initiatives at our Winchester facility. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, you'll play a vital role in enhancing productivity, ensuring quality, and supporting capital projects that keep us at the forefront of manufacturing excellence.What You'll Do:

Lead and implement manufacturing control strategies to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

Manage capital projects from concept through completion, including preparing capital authorization requests.

Use Six Sigma, Total Quality Management (TQM), and other tools to identify and execute process improvements.

Conduct audits, develop actionable plans, and ensure their successful implementation.

Partner with production and maintenance teams to troubleshoot and support operations.What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field or equivalent hands-on experience.

Plastics manufacturing experience is a must.

Strong background in injection molding processes.

Demonstrated success in managing capital improvement projects.

Excellent communication and technical problem-solving skills.
