The Clinical Nurse is an engaged, credentialed professional responsible for autonomous, evidence-based patient care based on the nursing process.

Utilizes critical thinking to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care, adjusting as needed and advocating for patient autonomy.

Manages relationships, mentors colleagues, and delegates care appropriately while ensuring compliance with laws and policies.

Seeks current evidence to improve practice, contributes to research and quality initiatives, and effectively communicates to foster change.

Precepts learners and team members, promoting a culture of inquiry.

Requires licensure as a Registered Nurse in NH, BLS certification, BSN preferred, with a pay range of $39.25-$55.25/hr for 40 hours/week.

Full Time
